Once respects the privacy of families who use our service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use Once.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, and authentication information.
If you choose Sign in with Google, Once may receive basic account information authorized by you through Google, such as your name, email address, profile information, and a unique Google account identifier. We use this information only to authenticate you, create or connect your Once account, and provide the service.
Once does not use Google user data for advertising and does not sell Google user data.
Information You Provide About a Child

- other details you choose to provide while creating a story
Please provide only information that you are comfortable sharing and that is reasonably necessary to create the story.

Information you provide for story creation may be processed by service providers that help us generate this content.
We do not intentionally ask users to provide highly sensitive personal information about children, and we encourage parents and guardians not to include information that is unnecessary for creating the requested story.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or unexpected results. Parents and guardians should review generated content before sharing it with a child.
4. Children’s Privacy
Once is intended for parents and guardians, not for children to create accounts or independently submit personal information.
Parents and guardians control the information they choose to provide about children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Once without appropriate parental or guardian involvement, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.
